IPS Adhesives has released reformulated versions of its Weld-On® 3, 4 and 16 adhesives, now available for sampling. The updated products no longer contain trichloroethylene (TCE) or methylene chloride (DCM), two solvents that are increasingly scrutinized for environmental and health concerns. Despite the removal of these substances, the company states the new formulations maintain the performance characteristics expected by end users.

The Weld-On® adhesive line is widely used in sign and display manufacturing, offering quick-setting, high-strength bonds for acrylics and other thermoplastics.
