Ensinger Inc. has appointed Fernando Espinoza as sales and market manager to lead the company’s Houston sales operations, with a primary focus on delivering customer solutions and growing its compression molding business.

Espinoza brings nearly eight years of experience in plastics distribution. Before entering the plastics industry, he served in the U.S. Army and later worked as a project manager for AT&T in the construction industry. His background has helped shape a leadership style focused on accountability, collaboration and continuous learning.

In his new role, Espinoza will focus on building a positive, high-performing culture where employees feel valued, motivated and empowered to succeed while supporting the company’s continued growth.

Pexco has appointed Jeremy Gaissl as Northeast regional sales manager.

Gaissl brings a background in technical sales and advanced manufacturing, with experience supporting customers in the industrial plastics, additive manufacturing and engineering software industries. He has partnered with manufacturers, engineers and distribution networks to develop application-focused solutions that address customer needs.

In his new role, Gaissl will focus on strengthening customer and distributor relationships, identifying growth opportunities and delivering application-focused solutions throughout the Northeast region.

Coretec welcomes Pacific Polymer Group as West Coast Representative Coretec has announced the retirement of longtime manufacturers’ representative Darrell Billups of RDB Marketing and the appointment of Pacific Polymer Group as its new West Coast representative. Billups represented Coretec for more than two decades, supporting customers and distributors throughout the region.

Pacific Polymer Group is led by Brian Billups, Darrell Billups’ son, who is joined by Dan Dickens, Paul Brust and Dave King. The team brings plastics industry experience and will provide continued representation and customer support for Coretec throughout the West Coast.

SIMONA AMERICA Group has hired Annabelle Witkowski as a sustainability program specialist.

In her new role, Witkowski will support the company’s sustainability strategy by coordinating initiatives, managing sustainability data and reporting efforts, and collaborating with teams across North American facilities to advance the company’s environmental goals.

Josh Delaney recently celebrated his one-year anniversary with CartierWilson LLC. During his first year with the company, Delaney has supported customers, principal partners and colleagues while taking on responsibilities across the organization. CartierWilson recognized Delaney for his dedication, initiative and willingness to step in where needed, noting the positive impact he has made during his first year with the company.

Konrady Plastics recognized Ryan Todd as its latest Plastee Award recipient. A key member of the fabrication team, Todd is recognized for finding new and improved ways to fabricate parts while bringing creativity, skill and problem-solving to his work. He is also known for his positive attitude and commitment to supporting his teammates.

Professional Plastics, Inc. announced three retirements, five promotions and a new hire.

Longtime employee Chris Geigner retired from the company in May 2026 after 13 years. Based in Fullerton, CA, he began his career with the company as the outside sales manager for Southern California. Over the years, he received multiple promotions due to his dedication and exceptional work ethic — most recently taking on the title of director of business development. Looking back at his time with the company, he stated that he couldn’t have asked for a better team or career within the industry. In his retirement, he and his wife are moving to Thailand where his wife has opened an animal shelter to help street animals. He is looking forward to golfing, relaxing, and supporting his wife’s goals in their next chapter in life.

Inside Sales Representative Lenny Evanson retired from the company in July 2026. He started his 27-year long career with the company in 1999 by cold calling customers to establish business and expand the company’s footprint. Soon after, he was tasked with helping the company open their Sacramento branch by working in the warehouse, recruiting new employees, and taking sales calls. Soon after, he moved into an inside sales position where he was dedicated to solving customer problems. Entering retirement, he is looking forward to traveling with family, enjoying their new puppy, and living life locally — including visiting nearby lakes, beaches, and taking motorcycle rides.

Tom Sullivan, managing director – Northeast Region, is retiring after over 24 years with the company. His tenure began in 2002 in Buffalo, NY when the company established its East Coast operations, but his plastics career spanned over four decades across two companies. He entered the industry straight out of college—working in inside sales and outside sales, before progressing to regional managerial roles. Throughout his career, he developed a tremendous knowledge of the industry, formed life-long friendships, and is thankful to have had the opportunity to work alongside great people. In his retirement, he plans to travel with his wife — including visiting a few bucket list destinations and road trips to see different parts of the U.S.

Heather Guiseppetti was promoted to quality assurance manager of the company’s Buffalo, NY branch. She brings 12 years of quality control experience to the role, having held positions across multiple industries — including nearly four years in plastics manufacturing. She is excited to step into the position where she will be responsible for maintaining and improving the company’s quality management systems, ensuring product conformity, customer satisfaction and AS9100 and ISO 9001 compliances. “My vision is to build upon our strong foundation of quality while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization,” said Giuseppetti.

The company promoted Alana Marion to business manager of their Dallas, TX branch. Entering the role, she brings six years of sales and management experience — having originally joined the company as an inside sales representative and was quickly promoted to inside sales manager. As business manager, she will focus on driving new business, identify new ways to grow production capabilities, and support long-term growth with strategic partnerships. “My vision is to build Dallas into the blueprint branch; the gold standard that reflects everything great about Professional Plastics,” said Marion.

Natalie Shurwin was named inside sales manager of the company’s Phoenix, AZ branch. With four years of industry experience, she brings an impressive knowledge in sales and management to the role. As inside sales manager, she will oversee day-to-day sales, support customer relationships and help the team find new ways to continue improving and growing. “I’m really excited for this new chapter. I’m looking forward to continuing to grow the team, build strong relationships, and create a positive environment where people feel supported and motivated to succeed,” said Shurwin.

Based in Buffalo, NY, Shawn Blair is now regional market development manager – north. Stepping into the position, he will focus on expanding the company’s product lines to new markets by building relationships and helping support branches generate new business. He brings over 30 years of experience to the role, having held roles in sales, purchasing, management, and market development. “In this new role, I am committed to working closely with each location to cultivate new relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive collaborative growth across our territories,” said Blair.

Longtime employee John Casey was promoted to the newly created position of regional market development manager – southeast. Having joined the company in 2007, Casey brings nearly two decades of sales and leadership experience to the role. Based in Atlanta, GA, his focus covers the southeast region of the U.S. where he will support the company’s product development efforts to expand their footprint to new markets within his region.

The company welcomed inside sales representative Jason Gearhart to their Portland, OR branch. In his role, he will focus on building relationships and growing business within the company’s customer base while prospecting for new entities to establish strong business relationships. With a wealth of sales knowledge, he looks forward to entering a role where he can continue to learn about the industry and work with a knowledgeable team to reach continued success. “My goal is to learn and apply what I learn to help make my branch more valuable to the Professional Plastics family,” said Gearhart.
