This unique, coextruded multilayer substrate combines two rigid surfaces of solid, black polymer with a dense black foam PVC core. Lightweight, yet rigid, PALBOARD 3D MAX is 100 percent recyclable, UL94 V-O rated and can withstand harsh chemicals and frequent cleaning cycles. It’s easy to cut and route, can be heat-bent and cold-bent with a v-groove. It offers excellent mechanical strength and screw retention, and its hair-cell texture is scratch and fingerprint resistant.
PALBOARD 3D MAX is the ideal substrate for creating 3D structures, point-of-purchase (POP) displays, exhibits and kiosks in retail and other public environments. Displays can be shipped flat and assembled on site, saving on storage and shipping costs.

Using advanced technology, PALSUN IR blocks UV and IR light, protecting against radiant energy and light radiation that can damage your eyes. These sheets offer high optical clarity and provide needed protection during gas flame welding and cutting operations.
PALSUN Anti-fog helps reduce fogging in varying temperature transitions and high-humidity environments. Its scratch-resistant coating helps extend its life and protect the shield from frequent cleaning, grit abrasion and debris.
