Did you know Roechling offers the largest compression molded sheet available anywhere? The 8′ x 20′ MegaSheet™ saves you time and money by eliminating welding, allowing more efficient yields (up to 43 percent yield advantage) and offering a wide variety of sheet size possibilities. Polystone^® (UHMW, HDPE and PP) products, including LubX^® C and Polystone^® M metal and x-ray detectable products, are all available in the MegaSheet™.

• Sustarin^® C (acetal copolymer) FDA Blue is now available from stock, 4′ x 10′ sheets from ½”-2″ thick, with additional thicknesses up to 4″ available; rods are stocked in various diameters from 1″-6″, with additional diameters available, up to 8″. Why blue? We’re glad you asked. Blue is often the preferred color for applications in the food processing industry, as potential contaminant pieces are more easily identified by visual detection than traditionally white and natural-colored materials.
• Roechling’s proven and trusted UHMW material, Polystone^® M, is also now available in blue, the preferred color for food processing applications. Polystone^® M FDA Blue sheets are in stock in thicknesses from ¼”–2″.
• SustaPEEK inventory is exclusively produced with Victrex™ 450G™ and 450GL30 PEEK resin. Roechling offers SustaPEEK in sheet, rod and tube with a wide range of thicknesses and dimensions.

Logistics

In February 2021, Roechling Industrial Gastonia opened its new 70,000 square foot warehouse and logistics center. This addition to one of Roechling’s two North Carolina production facilities features new Industry 4.0 warehouse automations and inventory management systems. With flexibility, accuracy and overall customer experience as the driving force, the new warehouse is another tool Roechling uses to continue to provide the best service possible to its customers.
