    Tony Severkovski was appointed national sales director – distribution at Professional Plastics. Taking on the role, he will strive to align company values, provide market and product strategies, measure distribution performance and manage inventory. With more than 20 years of experience, he is eager to bring his deep knowledge and expertise to the role. “I look forward to my new position and continuing my sales leadership and guidance, while increasing corporate sales and revenue,” said Severkovski.

    Richard Andrus was promoted to business manager of the company’s Portland, OR location. Andrus will oversee daily branch operations and ensure efficient management of inventory, sales, and customer relations. He will also work to develop strategies that meet sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. Andrus brings 25 years of experience to his new management role, most recently as a top sales performer at the company. He looks forward to contributing to the company’s successful future in his new capacity.

    Mike Neisen was named managing director of the Southern California region. Based in Fullerton, CA, he will work with customers, sales and purchasing teams to have the right materials at the right place to meet customer needs. He has been with the company for 20 years, with a track record of success in his various positions along the way. “California has always been a powerhouse for Professional Plastics,” said Neisen. “Our goal is to keep the momentum growing with energy, focus and understanding our customers.”

    Tommy Kedroutek is now the global business development manager – semiconductor & aircraft interiors at Professional Plastics. He has been with the company for 14 years, having held positions in outside sales and market development. He is excited to enter the new role, where he can apply his vast industry, market, materials and applications knowledge to identify new opportunities. He plans to work with the largest users of semiconductor and aircraft interior-related materials and turnkey fabricated parts globally to bring value and growth to the sectors.

    Professional Plastics, Inc. also expanded its corporate and sales teams by welcoming eight new employees.

    Matt Gross joined Professional Plastics as the managing director of engineering material sales & fabricated parts. Based in Jacksonville, FL, he brings 18 years of experience and will focus on growing the company’s national footprint by connecting key accounts across multiple regions and aligning branches through a coordinated market approach. “I’m excited to join Professional Plastics and help bring a more unified, strategic approach to the way we serve customers across North America,” said Gross.

    The company also welcomed two new market development managers to Gross’s team: JD Capel and Jeff Norris. Both come to Professional Plastics with extensive industry backgrounds and share the same goal of developing new business in engineering plastics. Capel said, “I hope to grow new and existing engineering plastic accounts and help the team around me grow and become more proficient in engineering plastics.” Capel will cover the Eastern region from his base in Tampa, FL and Norris will work from Portland, OR, and is responsible for the Western region. “I’m grateful at the chance to make new friends here while continuing to work with existing ones on the customer and supplier side,” said Norris.

    Professional Plastics welcomed three new inside sales representatives to its team: Chandler Benson, Frank Marcial, Bailey Mrozek. Based in Dallas, TX, Benson will work closely with customers and manufacturers to provide solutions tailored to their projects. “I’m excited to be part of a company that values both performance and relationships. My focus is on building trust with customers, learning the business, and contributing to Professional Plastics’ continued growth across the region,” said Benson.

    Marcial is based in Portland, OR, and will apply his six years of sales experience to focus on creating profitable sales growth while building lasting customer relationships. Marcial said, “I want to continue solving customer problems and adding value to the marketplace, in hopes of bringing more business to Professional Plastics.”

In her role, she will drive and strengthen customer relationships, uncover new business opportunities, and craft effective sales strategies. “I’m excited to learn the performance plastics industry and support customers with innovative material solutions, while focusing on professional growth and driving new business,” said Grajeda.

With over 20 years of experience, she brings an extensive knowledge of the region, markets, sales, fabrication and manufacturing within the performance plastics industry.

Interstate Advanced Materials Seattle’s relocation strengthens the company’s ability to serve regional industries, including industrial marine, food processing, agriculture, aerospace and manufacturing. Customers will have expanded access to high-performance plastic sheet, rod and tube, as well as a broad range of machining capabilities, including CNC machining, fabrication, cut-to-size services, custom parts and routing.

Industrial Plastic Supply, Inc., based in Anaheim, CA, is marking a milestone 50 years of service in the performance plastics industry. Founded in 1975 to serve small and midsized machine shops with quality American-made plastics, the company has grown into a full-line distributor, earning ISO 9001:2015 certification and becoming a long-time member of IAPD since 1979.

To commemorate the anniversary, Industrial Plastic Supply hosted a celebration for its employees and industry friends.
