3A Composites USA, Inc. appoints Linda Jeng-Lew as vice president of marketing and product management.

3A Composites USA, Inc., has combined its marketing divisions under new Vice President of Marketing and Product Management, Linda Jeng-Lew, to better serve its architecture, graphic display, industrial and transportation markets. In addition to her product management and marketing responsibilities, Jeng-Lew will also oversee customer service.

“We are thrilled to welcome Linda to the 3A Composites Americas team,” said Nick Scheib, president and chief executive officer, 3A Composites Americas. “Her extensive experience and proven track record in the building materials industry make her the ideal leader to guide our unified marketing efforts. Jeng-Lew brings more than 30 years of diverse experience across multiple industries, including automotive, performance foams and building products, to 3A Composites Americas. A chemical engineer by training, she has held leadership roles involving research, product development, technical service, business development and marketing.

Redwood Plastics and Rubber appoints Nicholas Gavigan as vice president of sales.

Gavigan started at Redwood eight years ago as an outside sales representative in the Langley branch. He quickly became a star in the role, exceeding sales targets and growing the customer base from new industries. He quickly ascended at Redwood, becoming the business development manager, then director of sales for Canada. Now, as new vice president of sales he will oversee all sales initiatives, teams and operations throughout Redwood.

As Gavigan steps into his new role, Dale Delmage will step back from his role as our vice president of sales as he prepares for his retirement in April. The company has expressed gratitude for Delmage’s steadfast leadership throughout the years, leading the sales team through complex challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic and significant shifts in core markets.

“I am super excited for Nic’s promotion to VP of Sales,” said outgoing Vice President of Sales Dale Delmage. “His work ethic, dedication and talent for building strong and successful teams will serve him well in his new role. The January 1st transition date will allow Nic the ability to make his mark on the sales team while I am still available to provide support wherever needed. Palram Americas, Inc. announces key sales leadership transitions.

Phillip Lahr has been appointed as the new vice president of sales and marketing. With more than two decades of experience at Palram, Lahr has held leadership roles across various sectors, most recently serving as business unit manager for retail mass merchant, ecommerce and architecture. His deep understanding of the retail home improvement, building products and construction markets positions him to lead the sales and marketing division into its next phase of growth.

After years of exemplary service as senior vice president of sales and marketing, Mike Howser will transition into the role of business unit manager for construction products. Howser will oversee the strategic direction and management of the product portfolio for the commercial, agricultural and building products sectors in both the United States and Canada. His extensive knowledge and leadership will continue to support Palram’s efforts in cultivating new opportunities and reinforcing existing partnerships.

In his new position, Albert will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction and product portfolio for the retail channel, including big box, independent home improvement and distribution channels throughout the United States and Canada. Jason Bailin has been appointed vice president, sales at Eagle Performance Plastics, Inc. In this new role, he will be a member of the Executive Leadership Team responsible for all sales, marketing and business development activities for the company.

Prior to joining Eagle in 2021, he had been with Oshkosh Defense for 5.5 years on the Global Procurement Supply Chain Team. Jason has a degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
