ecognized as a worldwide leader in plastics processing technology and application development, Ensinger has the ability to combine the optimum material solution with the most suitable manufacturing method, and thus provides the industry with the most innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions available today. Ensinger designs and manufactures semi-finished and finished products tailored exactly to the customer’s individual requirements. Your projects can benefit from Ensinger’s vast knowledge base and many years of experience in finding the best solutions for problems involving engineering thermoplastic materials.

Ensinger offers a broader array of engineering materials than any other plastics processor. From general industrial materials such as polypropylene, polyethylene, acetal and nylon to high performance resins such as TECAPEEK® polyetheretherketone and TECATRON® polyphenylene sulfide, Ensinger has the ability to provide shapes and parts for even the most difficult and challenging applications and environments.

Ensinger is constantly looking for ways to enhance its product offering. A current example is Ensinger’s line of ultra-detectable materials designed to enhance productivity and safety in the food industry. Engineers and designers of food processing equipment have embraced TECAFORM® AH UD blue copolymer acetal and HYDEX® 4101 UD blue PBT polyester for their plastic part designs because of the versatility these products offer to food plants regardless of whether they employ optical, metal or X-ray detection inspection systems. Ensinger also offers a third member of the UD product family, TECAPEEK UD blue. TECAPEEK UD blue (polyetheretherketone) offers the same high temperature, chemical and wear resistance properties of standard TECAPEEK, along with the added enhancement of multi-method detectability made possible by the UD family additive technology.

Ensinger has also had great success marketing TECA-PEEK CMF ceramic filled PEEK for test socket applications in the semiconductor industry because of modulus characteristics that are higher than competitive products.

In addition to this wide range of engineering material choices, Ensinger also provides a staff of extremely knowledgeable plastics professionals to help their customers make informed material choices and process decisions. From their experienced customer service staff to their industry-specific market specialists, Ensinger’s ability to guide customers t ward the right engineering solution is unsurpassed.
